A master of conversion optimization, he works with startups and well-established companies to help them create highly-targeted marketing campaigns that result in increased reach, conversions, and sales. Those who know Randy point to his love for travel, the California lifestyle, and his pup, Radley, as his favorite traits.

With her expertise in developing creative strategies, Noa is a rockstar in helping our clients reach their unique goals and needs. She brings a wealth of experience and an inventive outlook to the team, using her keen eye to lead campaigns like no one else can. Accounts that Noa manages consider themselves fortunate to have her on their side. A guitarist of two decades and member of the San Diego-based band ‘greyshade’, Noa also lives for getting outside, hiking and biking, and training her pup, Monte.

James is an engaging digital marketer who uses his passion for storytelling to craft intriguing and informative web content, ad campaigns, and social media posts. His ability to understand our clients' goals and needs has resulted in a long list of successful projects spanning several industries. A professional athlete and gentle giant, James is a 9-year veteran of the US Men's Indoor Volleyball Team and proud parent with his fiancée, Molly, to their fur-babies, Buckwheat and Jasper.

She's a skilled photographer, videographer, and content editor with a knack for digital design. Also a professional athlete, Molly competes on beach volleyball's AVP and FIVB Tours and spends any time left in the week with her fiancé, James, frequenting coffee shops and exploring National Parks.

With skills spanning video editing, graphics, and CSS/HTML, Nasar blends creativity with technical expertise. A Physics graduate, Nasar also shares insightful vlogs on societal and political issues in Pakistan. In his downtime, he enjoys the company of his Siamese cat, Billu.
